Eagle Enterprises Roofing was founded by Orlando Otero, whose journey is at the heart of our company’s story. After arriving from Cuba, Orlando began working as a roofer, learning the trade from the ground up. Through long days, challenging jobs, and an unwavering work ethic, he built his skills and reputation in the industry. Determined to create a better future for his family, Orlando eventually started his own roofing business—one built on honesty, quality workmanship, and pride in every job completed.

Today, the company is led by both Orlando and his son Yan, who continues his father’s legacy. Raised around job sites and taught the values of hard work and accountability at an early age, Yan brings both hands-on experience and modern leadership to the business. His commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence ensures that Eagle Enterprises Roofing continues to grow while staying true to its roots.
